Description:
The federal government has overarching powers to collect tax debts that far surpass the collection mechanisms available to ordinary creditors. Knowing what these powers are and how they may be deployed is important not only when embroiled in an audit or collection proceeding but also when considering certain fiduciary transactions such as a sale of trust property or a distribution to a beneficiary.
 

Lunch: A box lunch will also be provided. When sending an email to RSVP, please include your choice of sandwich from the following options from Panera Bread:

 

  1. Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT - Grilled chicken with applewood smoked bacon, crisp mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, aged white cheddar, fresh avocado, with salt and pepper, and garlic aioli drizzle on our Country Rustic Sourdough.

  2. Turkey & Cheddar - Oven roasted turkey breast, aged white cheddar, crisp mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, mayo, salt and pepper on our Country Rustic Sourdough.

  3. Tuna Salad Sandwich - Tuna salad with crisp mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, with salt and pepper, on our Country Rustic Sourdough.

  4. Tomato Basil BLT - Applewood smoked bacon with crisp mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper on our Tomato Basil Miche.

  5. Toasted Italiano - Black Forest ham and soppressata with melty provolone, romaine, red onions, sliced pepperoncini peppers, and Greek dressing and garlic aioli drizzle on our French Baguette.

  6. Farmhouse Crunch Salad - Crisp romaine topped with glazed sweet potatoes, shaved parmesan, sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes, fresh avocado, roasted pumpkin seeds, and candied black pepper almonds with farmhouse ranch dressing on the side.

        All entrees served with chips & a cookie.
