Edward John "Ed" Schoenbaum Obituary
It is with great sadness that we share with you that Ed Schoenbaum passed away on June 10
Ed served as President of the Government Bar Association from 1996-1997 and again from 2007-2009. He was a dedicated member of the GBA, SCBA, and an active member of the ISBA, chairing and serving on several committees over the years. Ed also served as a National Judicial College instructor and was a mentor to many of us. He was a pillar of the Springfield legal community, and as his obituary makes clear, Ed also had a full life outside of the practice of law. He will be sorely missed.
