March is Women’s History Month, and we are proud to celebrate the leadership and impact of women in the workplace and beyond.

Throughout March, we will highlight learning opportunities that support growth, inclusion, and respectful work environments. These sessions reflect IDHR’s mission by offering practical tools that help advance fairness and equity in communities across Illinois.

The Training Institute offers free online courses focused on civil rights protections, immigration and citizenship, and inclusive workplace practices. Together, these trainings build understanding of workplace rights and support stronger, more equitable environments statewide.
