This in-person panel discussion explores civility in the legal profession. The event is dedicated to the memories of Judges Joel M. Flaum and William J. Bauer. Each demonstrated that civility is a tonic for the legal profession: it makes lawyers and judges more effective while simultaneously promoting the rule of law.
